SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship to the United States, US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, and Northern Mariana Islands), and APO/FPO and Canada
We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS Priority®) for Expedited Orders (2-3 business days in transit once shipped) and USPS First Class for Economy Shipping (3-6 business days in transit once shipped). Standard shipping & handling fee to the contiguous/continental US locations is $5.00 USD.
Expedited shipping is $11.99 USD for USPS Priority®.
Canadian Shipping is shipped through the United States Postal Service. The shipping and handling fee is $15.50 USD.
We strive to ship all orders very quickly within 7 business days. All orders with graphic tops can take an additional 5-7 business days as they are custom made to order. Multiple orders may be combined, or single orders split to expedite your orders. Combining items from multiple orders into a single package won't change the amount of shipping you pay for each order. You'll be charged separate shipping charges for each of your orders. However, you will never be charged more than the total amount quoted at checkout for any given order. Combining orders is very helpful in decreasing waste, and very efficient in expediting orders.

RETURN POLICY
Returns shouldn't be a hassle, and we care about our customers and their experience with us. All sale items are final and do not qualify for returns/exchange -Once contacting our customer service department and the items/order has been approved for a return/exchange the merchandise must be unused, with tags still attached and in the same condition that you received it. Any evidence of use or mishandling will disqualify an item from consideration for a return.
CC Originals Graphic Apparel does not qualify for a refund or return. These items are made when order. We specifically describe each one of our items and provide a sizing chart from the manufacturer. If you have any questioning about our sizing please email us at support@theccoriginals.com
Defective Merchandise:
You have 7 calendar days after delivery to contact our Customer Service Department about defective merchandise. Photographic and computer resolutions often cause variation in the depicted color or clothing pattern of an item. Sizing discrepancies sometimes occur between clothing manufacturers. These incidences DO NOT qualify as defects; therefore, approval for return will be at the discretion of CC Originals.
*IF you get the wrong item and it is our mistake please contact our customer service department. *All returns for store credit will be minus shipping costs *WE DO not reimburse for shipping costs.
We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping and should be addressed directly with the carrier. You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred in the return and replacement of merchandise unless otherwise agreed to by our Customer Service Department.
CC Originals does not cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or you were sent an incorrect item or size.

Once our returns department checks the items and finalizes the return/exchange then our customer service will notify you and/or our shipping department to proceed with the exchange. We will have the new order shipped within 7 business days.
